Restoration Sales Representative Job Summary 
We are looking for a proven top performer in the restoration industry.  This is a diamond in the rough opportunity that will go fast and the right person will be on the ground floor of a fast-growing company that is about to take over the industry with lots of room for advancement.  We want a money motivated salesperson that wants to be the CEO of their territory that can run the territory the way they want free of micromanagement, time wasting reports and ridiculous Rah Rah meetings and quotes. 

We want our salesperson to be the highest paid in the industry with an uncapped commission structure.  You will be responsible for hunting new referral partners and then farming those relationships with property managers, plumbers, insurance adjusters and so on to bring in restoration jobs to Voda.  You will receive commission on every job you generate on top of a base pay.  

Restoration Sales Representative Responsibilities 
  • Identify potential new customers and referral sources.
  • Perform sales calls resulting in scheduled meetings with target referral prospects.
  • Gain commitment from customers leading to referrals of those in need of
  • restoration services.
  • Maintain phone and in-person contact with existing customers.
  • Make group presentations to prospective organizations.
  • Consistent, effective involvement in trade, community, and networking
  • Organizations, and participation in networking activities and events.
Restoration Business Development Manager Qualifications
  • Education and Experience: No minimum Education experience.  Prefer someone with a book of business in Restoration Sales.
  • Selling Skills: We want someone with a proven sales track record preferably in this industry and in the DFW metroplex.  We want someone that will put numbers on the board and not have a need for baby sitting.  
  • Computer Skills: Demonstrates proficiency in the use of computers and computer software including MS Office, Word, and Excel.
